By accessing airconheating.shop or using HVAC services from AIRCON HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING LLC ("Company," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services Provided
We provide residential heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) services, including:
Diagnostic inspections and repairs
Installation and replacement of furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps
Preventive maintenance and tune-ups
Indoor air quality solutions (humidifiers, purifiers, thermostats)
All services are performed by licensed and insured technicians in compliance with Michigan state regulations.
3. Pricing and Payment
Prices listed on our website are estimates. Final cost is determined after on-site diagnostic and may vary based on parts, labor, and system complexity.
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept cash, check, and major credit cards via secure payment processors.
Financing options (0% APR) are available through third-party partners; approval subject to credit check.
4. Service Area and Scheduling
We serve residential customers within 30 miles of Macomb, MI 48042, including Macomb, Shelby, and Clinton Townships.
Appointment times are estimates. We will notify you of delays or changes.
Emergency/after-hours services may incur additional fees as disclosed at booking.
5. Warranties and Guarantees
Labor Warranty: 1-year warranty on all repairs and installations performed by our technicians.
Equipment Warranty: Manufacturer warranties apply to new equipment (typically 5-10 years on parts). We assist with warranty claims but are not the manufacturer.
Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with our work, contact us within 7 days for resolution.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service delays, equipment failure, or weather-related issues.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
You agree to hold us harmless for damages resulting from pre-existing conditions, improper maintenance, or unauthorized modifications to your HVAC system.
7. Cancellation and No-Show Policy
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a $50 fee.
Technicians arriving to a "no-show" (customer not present) may charge the full diagnostic fee.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website (text, logos, images) is the property of AIRCON HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING LLC and protected by U.S. copyright law. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Macomb County, Michigan.
