Shipping policy

1. Service-Based Business
AIRCON HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING LLC provides on-site HVAC services, not physical product shipments. Therefore, standard "shipping" does not apply.
2. Service Area
We provide services to residential customers within 30 miles of Macomb, MI 48042, including:
Macomb Township, Shelby Township, Clinton Township
Sterling Heights, Warren, Utica, Romeo, Ray Township
And surrounding communities
Services outside this radius may be available with additional travel fees.
3. Scheduling and Arrival
After booking, you will receive a confirmation email with your appointment window.
Our technician will contact you 30-60 minutes before arrival.
Service times are estimates; delays due to weather or prior emergencies will be communicated promptly.
4. Equipment Delivery
If new HVAC equipment is installed:
Delivery and installation are coordinated as part of your service appointment.
Old equipment will be removed and disposed of responsibly (included in installation quote).
You will receive manufacturer warranty documentation post-installation.
5. No International Services
We currently do not provide services outside the State of Michigan.
