Refund policy
1. Service Calls and Diagnostics
Diagnostic fees ($89-$149) are non-refundable once the technician has arrived on-site and performed an inspection.
If you proceed with a repair, the diagnostic fee is waived and applied toward the total service cost.
2. Repairs and Parts
Labor for repairs is guaranteed for 1 year. If the same issue recurs within the warranty period due to our workmanship, we will re-perform the repair at no additional labor cost.
Parts are covered by manufacturer warranties. Defective parts will be replaced per manufacturer terms; labor for replacement may apply.
3. Equipment Installations
Installed equipment is covered by the manufacturer's warranty. AIRCON LLC does not offer refunds on installed equipment unless defective upon installation.
If you cancel an installation after equipment has been ordered or delivered, a restocking fee of up to 20% may apply.
4. Maintenance Plans
Annual maintenance plans are non-refundable after the first scheduled service has been performed.
Unused portions of prepaid plans may be credited toward future services at our discretion.
5. How to Request a Refund

6. Disputes
If we cannot resolve a refund request amicably, you may file a complaint with:
